The park centers around the "Qihai Residence," the former home of Chiang Ching-kuo, which was previously shrouded in mystery. Visitors can now explore the living quarters of Chiang and his wife, preserved in their original simple decor, with guided tours available. However, photography is not allowed inside the residence. The park also features an exhibition hall detailing Chiang Ching-kuo's life and achievements.
