Located on Ren'ai Road in the East District, Wubai Chicken House （伍佰雞屋） is an old-school Taiwanese restaurant with no connection to the singer Wu Bai. The interior has a vintage charm, and the main dishes are quite similar to those at Jijia Zhuang. The diverse menu features the signature white-cut chicken and pork combo , where the whole chicken thigh is expertly chopped, showcasing a plump, gelatinous skin with rich flavor, alongside thick cuts of pork neck from Matsusaka pigs, which is tender and chewy—this combo is truly delightful.
