The observation deck consists of the 39th and 40th floors, along with a 360-degree open-air rooftop. After purchasing tickets, visitors can explore the 39th floor, which has souvenir shops and restaurants. The 40th floor offers an indoor observation gallery with large glass windows and mirrored ceilings, creating a unique optical illusion by reflecting the cityscape upside down, attracting photo enthusiasts.
